Robyn

I first saw this artist way back in 1995, when she had a one-off hit in the UK. It never charted very high, but I liked it, and remembered it fondly - not least because it was unusual for a Swedish artist to break into the market (unless you're ABBA).

Well, what I didn't know is that she never went away. She had a string of hits in her home country, signed to some major labels, and almost got pigeon-holed in America around the 2002 mark when the whole XTina thing was spawning clone upon clone - but she avoided that and instead went home to form her own label.

Now she's finally got a hit in the UK again, and I must say I quite like it. It's a dancy but emotional little number, and the performance in the video is very passionate and sincere. I can't get it out of my head!
